Oleksii Lidahovskyi (2002) werd geboren in Kyiv waar hij na zijn middelbare school een opleiding aan de Academie voor Mediakunsten aldaar afrondde. Daarnaast speelt hij saxofoon.
Na de Russische inval in Oekraïne vluchtte hij in maart 2022 naar Nederland samen met zijn moeder van wie hier ook werk te zien is.

Als kind ontwikkelde hij al een fascinatie voor robots. Zijn broers gaven hem hun lego-collectie waarop hij zijn creativiteit kon loslaten.
De hier getoonde en door hem zelf ontworpen robot van veelkleurige plastic blokjes werd gefinancierd door het gastgezin waarin zij verbleven, gesteund door hun vrienden.

Oleksii Lidahovskyi (2002) was born in Kyiv where he graduated from the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts after high school. He also plays the saxophone.
After the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he fled to the Netherlands in March 2022 together with his mother whose work can also be seen here.

As a child, he already developed a fascination for robots. His brothers gave him their lego collection on which he could unleash his creativity.
The robot, shown here and designed by himself from multicoloured plastic blocks, was funded by the host family they stayed in, supported by their friends.
